This law firm moved out of leased space at 2871 Acton Road, Suite 201 in 2024. This law firm did not provide forwarding address to tenant or landlord or apparently to clients. This law firm did not change the address on its website. This demonstrates poor customer service, poor administrative skills and poor communication skills. We have received numerous pieces of mail for this law firm that appears very important and often time sensitive. If I was a client, I would be outraged at the lack of care. New tenant has attempted to email this law firm and received no response.
