I've worked with Cowles for approximately twenty-two years. During that time I found him to be very conscientious and easy to work with. He's always available to discuss things and is able to breakdown complicated legalese into a simple understandable format. His abilility to foresee possible landmines has made it much easier to prepare for and give a deposition. His preparedness for all situations has allowed him to get the best possible results for all the cases he has handled for me and those I represent. This attorney was very professional, exhibited great communication with client, and very effective in resolving the premises litigation. His expertise was obvious and very knowledgeable about not only the law in question, but the navigation of the court room process as well. I would recommend him to any business owner or insurance company which may have need of a premises attorney.
