Winegar, Wilhelm, Glynn & Roemersma is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Bethlehem, PA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, slip and fall and 19 other areas of law.
I have only one complaint ....everything else was done very well
the info I provided to go to closing in reference to my NJ property tax rebate was somehow "lost" in the process & was never filed as part of the closing agreement/money settlement ...so we seem to be out of almost $500.00 owed to us ...which we were told was the buyers lawyers mistake & hopefully that we could get it back after closing ....after many emails regarding this ...we now get no response from the lawyer at all .not happy
Often did not return phone calls. Offered little information or direction. Do not feel that an effort is being made on our behalf
We used Scott Wilhelm to close on a home recently. Front desk woman (Stephanie) is absolutely miserable. She is the first person you see when you come inside your office. Not even a smile or a hello. Communication was not great with Diane. Important information being sent by email minutes before they close in a Friday rather than a phone call. We had to reach out to her to find out information. The one time we spoke to the actually lawyer, he seemed to be rushing to get us off the phone. We were not happy with the service provided to us and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend then if you’re closing on a home.
Right before the court date they juice the rates up so high. I feel that this firm is very unethical. They did this to s stage 4 cancer patient. I would NEVER recommend this firm again.
Find someone else! Grab a homeless guy off the street. This guy is a freaking puppet. He might as well work for the prosecutor. I'm not a lawyer, but I honestly believe I have a better working knowledge of the law....wish I did back then. If you want things miscalculated, mishandled and to have to actually go to his office and knock on the door because he won't return a phonecall....this is your guy! Good Luck
