I am on an H1-b visa and was on my grace period to apply and get a new job/employer. I was able get a job within my grace period, but my new firm didn't have much experience doing H1-b and asked me if I could contact a lawyer who could help us. I got to know about Susheel through Avvo and decided to go with him as he had very good recommendations from his previous clients. It was a longer process for me since my firm was hiring someone with an H1-b for the first time. I was scared that I might have to leave because I won' be able to get my documents to USCIS on time but Susheel assured me that I should not be worried or scared because it's his job to make sure that it does reach on time, form there I knew that my case was in safe hands. I got the change of employer approval and highly recommend him.

Pradeek is a professional, dedicated, and upright attorney. Due to this global pandemic, we worked completely via technology: phone calls and online apps. Though I did not see him in person until the day of my hearing, overall, it's been an organized and smooth process.
