The Nahajski Firm was established in 1996 by partners Lennard A. Nahajski and Rayne J. Nelson with the primary goal of providing aggressive, effective and discreet representation to those facing criminal prosecution. Since that time, the firm has continued to practice exclusively criminal defense and established itself as one of the premier criminal defense firms in the region.

I don't have much experience with lawyers, but I can assure you that Len is top notch! I was always kept in the loop and made aware of what was going on. He is extremely detailed and thoughtful about his approach and the way he explains things. Len will work hard to make sure that his clients reach a favorable outcome. I would recommend Len 100 times out of 100!

So I got myself into trouble, and initially had a public defender,who in his own words said " well, you f#&ed up". Not the most appealing situation. I reached out and Lennard Nahajski called. Right away over the phone I knew Lennard was who I needed to represent me. Very thorough about everything, confident , and informative. Seeing him in court made me appreciate his efforts so much more. He actually fights for you. Fights for your rights because your a human too. I highly recommend Mr.Nahajski

i was looking at three felony charges and lennard nahajski and his law firm go all three dismissed. because of him i can sleep again. i could of spent 364 days in jail and a 5,000 dollars. God bless Lennard Nahajski and entire staff.

Absolutely a negative experience with Mr. Nahajski. Unfortunately, his lack of communication and failure to listen to my concerns and reach out to previous attorneys for case strategy review had a significant impact on my hearings. It is disappointing that he was completely unprepared and did not prioritize my best interests. Arriving just three minutes before the hearing, especially after I had traveled across the country to resolve a 35-year-old case, is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, it is concerning that he did not take the time to speak with me prior to the hearing. Furthermore, Mr. Nahajski provided me with a set price for handling my case, but it is clear that he did not fulfill his duties and lacked the necessary preparedness. Given the circumstances, I would have preferred to pay a higher fee for his attention to detail and due diligence, rather than having to pay five times the amount for the appeal due to his ineffective assistance! Worked like he was a public defender/pretender. He talked a big game but ultimately did nothing. Screwed me over and took my money. I paid the guy in cash and he didn’t put it towards the balance. After he was paid off he told me I owed him more. He sent the balance to collections. He’s a crook and a shitty defense attorney. I wouldn’t recommend him at all!
