I think I was a difficult client and Covid complicated the case. Nonetheless, Mr. Pretto knew how to proceed and achieved a settlement that was very satisfactory.
It was always hard to get hold of him for a discussion. Did not seem to be investing much time or effort in our case until the last two days before the court date.
