I hired Mr. Robert Pretto to handle a case related to injuries suffered in an automobile accident. I highly recommend Mr. Pretto. He was always honest and upfront with me. He told me my options and possible outcomes and had me make the final decision. He said he would support the path I chose to take, and e did. He was steadfast to get the best possible settlement. .

Mr. Pretto was engaged after a family member was involved in an auto accident and needed legal counsel. I am writing the review because i was the primary contact between Mr. Pretto and my family member. Mr. Pretto always responded quickly to messages. He was sensitive to the stress caused by this situation and his communication tone and content were both purposeful and successful in reducing the stress. His communication was factual and thorough. We recommend him for a similar situation.

I was very satisfied with the communication,quick response to any questions, politeness and results from Mr. Pretto . I highly recommend him for workman comp cases. I will use him in the future for any legal services without hesitation.

I think I was a difficult client and Covid complicated the case. Nonetheless, Mr. Pretto knew how to proceed and achieved a settlement that was very satisfactory.

It was always hard to get hold of him for a discussion. Did not seem to be investing much time or effort in our case until the last two days before the court date.

This lawyer KNOWINGLY notarized an affidavit of mailing one month after she lied in court stating she mailed it to the other party. The other party was able to prove that she never mailed the motion or affidavit of her client. She ended up losing her demand for attorney's fees from the other party, leaving her client stuck with the nearly 900 dollars, and looking at losing another 1000 from the same case for the same thing. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL!!

Dawn is the most unprofessional attorney I've ever dealt with. She has no problem sending you bills but when it comes to actually keeping in touch and keeping things moving she does absolutely nothing until you get back to her which costs you even more money.

After investing $5,000.00 in Gergen, Gergen & Gergen and the personal injury attorney who is never there, $2,500.00 mysterious vanished from our "trust account." On December 19, 2011 William Gergen then withdrew claiming "emotional distress" on the record when his staff refused to send out monthly billing outside the retainer agreement and failed to obtain exculpatory information from the real Montana Highway Patrol that eventually dismissed the case without his bantering.
