Just ambulance chases they do not want to go to trial on anything. They only work for a settlement that's it even when the other driver is found completely at fault and given tickets at the scene. To me winning a case is when you hire them and you tell them I do not want to settle I want to go to trial so this man that hit me has to pay my medical bills just as the law states even with a motorcycle in New York. It states that if a driver is 100% at fault they should be paying your medical the only thing I wanted out of them was for me not to have to ppay my own medical they knew this going in and instead dragged on for almost 2 years and what they did is sit on the case and canceled 4 EBT conference before trial so you just wind up giving up and take the settlement. Andrew Siben is an idiot.
This law firm blatantly lied to me. Do your self a huge favor and stay far away. I had to switch attorneys. They don't fight for you what so ever. They look out for them selves.
very sad that they completely dropped the ball with my case. They misinformed me & because of this I have lost my case :(
waited until my son was 18 yrs of age and then had friend coaxed him into going to law office without parents-had him sign papers without family present.
