I was referred to Eric Sulzberger by another attorney a few months ago concerning settling a small estate in a minimum amount of time. From the first, Eric was responsive, reliable (he always did what he said he would), understanding, professional and friendly. He was excellent at presenting choices of strategies to move things along and very respectful of me as a client. I was always kept up to date and in the loop by Eric or his office. He was a pleasure to work with by phone and email and I highly recommend his service to others. He is a gem in a profession that is often short of them!

Eric is a pro. He and I worked over years to design, produce and then execute and close a Trust and Estate. He was a genuine partner through it all.

The firm had written the final version of my father's will & trust(s) so that's who we contacted when my father passed away. It was difficult for us as my father lived in Miami, my sister was in Georgia, & I was in Virginia. The firm did its best to make that easier for us.

Unconscionable. He took over guardianship of two people in my family without discussing it with me . Very underhanded. He never discussed anything with me. They were not capable of signing on with him and he hired on other people without any ok or discussion. I was taking care of them and he called me and was verbally abusive because he did not want to lose any money. He took over the estate. I had to hire another attorney to get rid of him!

Hired Law Firm

Eric is not any really bright lawyer. He is terrible at setting up financial planning, and towards end of life planning for guardians and
medical guardianship. He couldn't care less except for the money. He doesn't care what is best for the client only what is best for his and his friends pockets.
