I hired Rozas & Rozas last year for my fiance visa process. They were very informative & kept me well informed. Fast forward to a few months ago & my fiance unfortunately couldn't wait for the visa & had to apply for asylum at the border. The firm worked diligently to get her released, and just yesterday I received confirmation that she is being released next week. Operated like a black box. Never knew the status of my case or what to expect. In my custody case neither one of my lawyers were fathers and it showed through their representation. When I asked them to ask for more time they told me they did but in reality they didn’t because “it would make opposing council look good”. It wasn’t until I consulted other firms that I realized they didn’t know what they were doing and I fired them after spending thousands. Do not hire Trevor McFarlain or Britton Evers.
