Yes, they can because you did not go to court to get the order terminated. There is a possibility that you can do that now, but it will require your soon to be ex to agree that the two of you were living together or, perhaps if she won't, other people to testify that you were living together. I suggest you talk with local family law counsel to figure out what you can do.
