I feel as if I was cheated out of money that I was entitled to since I was the one injured

they took forever to return call after the initial one, if they were answered at all.. at first i felt like a priority, then quickly was unable to get a hold of anyone who could help me

The Firm advertised "Free Services" if there fee is more than the case wins, and the fee was more than my case won. My case was also transferred to there "sister" Lawyers office that was at the time further from my residence with out proper notification or my approval. When calling into the office customer service was rude.

This firm sucks really bad. They never get back to you about nothing. Worst firm in the world. If you want a horrible company to represent you then this is the hell hole for you

I reached out to this firm for a birth injury case. When I got a return call I. Saturday morning ing, the lawyer appeared to have not read the intake notes. In the three minute conversation he often sighed deeply and seemed bothered to be talking with me. I asked a simple question and his answer was “because we need it” without explaining why. I again asked if he could just explain to me why it was needed and he raised his voice and rudely repeated “we just do”. At this point I wouldn’t trust him with ANYTHING so I politely said that I don’t think his demeanor and answer was conducive to us working together for my child. When I got two words into the next sentence he raised he talked over me in a raised voice and proceeded to attempt to belittle me or my question. I hung up. In more than 4 decades of business conversations, I can only remember two other times I hung up on someone. It seems to me, at least this lawyer is after the quick insurance buck without caring about the client

I requested a consultation and was called by a paralegal who was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She had a poor attitude and didn't want to be bothered with ny case. When I asked to speak to someone else, she refused and ended the call. This is definitely not the type of service I was expecting and I'm not willing to spend my hard earned money on people like that. Good luck to everyone else.
