I was involved in a multi vehicle accident, my car was totalled, I've hired Hassan Hassan and Tuchman by reference from a friend. They are doing very good job! Even though it took a while but I was extremely happy with results. Thank You Mr.Sterling.

I had witness' and video of alleged occurrences. Two separate trials in two separate counties of Maryland. Both cases were judged nolle prosequi. The lawyer I used from this firm had almost no investigative work to do or stand in court for long defences, yet I was charged an exorbitant amount for what little he did.

The only thing I did not like about this firm is they do not file your settlement paper work properly, resulting in delaying your settlement check for weeks

Mr. Clinkscale had very bad communication skills with our case Mr. Clinkscale had a judge admonish him for not bringing documents to court in time and not providing expert witnesses documents in time for hearings Mr Clinkscale have not presented our case in our favor and the case was in the favor of the other side! Public safety announcement :don’t hire him if u want to win !!! You can’t sue lawyers who has struggling money !

I was disappointed in the whole firm they were very non caring about how client are treated Some of the lawyers had problems with their work ethics the lawyer assigned to our case had bad communication skills and had to be reported to the bar

Absolutely do not go with this firm I had a workers comp case after getting the indemnity portion settled they left the medical open but then just closed it on me leaving me without an attorney for an upcoming hearing over medical issues and a contracts a contract when he took my claim you took both the indemnity and the medical portion.

August 8, 2022 Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman 1111 Park Ave Suite L-150 Baltimore, MD 21201 RE: Termination of Legal Services Dear Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman I have decided to immediately discontinue our current legal relationship due to inefficiency, dishonesty & poor communication. Upon review of my electronic file it revealed Jane Francis – legal assistant, not an attorney which initially was Ben Stirling, attempted a demand letter, which resulted in an initial settlement offer of $2,500. This attempt was made on January 20, 2022, my injury occurred August 27, 2021. Communication has only been prompted by your firm only when I’ve initiated it. On several occasions only resulting in me speaking with either a legal assistant or receptionist. More recent I have not received any return call/email at all regarding a case update. I will seek alternative legal counsel that I believe will fit my case’s needs, based on their level of expertise and my needs as a client.

This company is a bad company don’t believe me use there so called service u will see no one wants to take your case first a Ben was on the case then I got transferred to another guy then I’m transferred to a Kelly no body wants to take the case if you can’t take the case witch isn’t the problem it’s a. Case of no body wants to take it more so then just say so I’ve been having this problem ware I call the office and ask for the case handler and the lady that answer the phones always say oh hold on and I’ll wait patiently then She comes back on the line oh no body can help u at this time please leave a message or I’ll take your phone number someone will call you back and no one calls back this has then happening for months now so don’t take my word for it use them and find out I’ve sent them all of my info and pictures and prof and video of the accident so o well I’ll be using another service if I ever need a lawyer god willing I won’t need one but it will be the best money can buy ifso
