Mr. Zerivitz is very knowledgeable in his fields of practice. He gave me sound, realistic advice on my case. Mr. Zerivitz was willing to take time to explain each step and/or pending issue that arose during my case. His response to any questions was done in a timely manner. His fees were reasonable and I was very satisfied with the service I received.
First time meeting with any type of lawyer. This attorney was comforting, responsive, courteous, professional, assuring and I was pleasantly surprised that his fee was less than I expected.
It was an absolute pleasure meeting with Mr. Zerivitz. After 4 1/2 years and several meetings with various other lawyers, he gave me the most candid and straightforward perspective about my Custody/Child Support Case. He took the time to listen to my case (legal mess) and seemed to understand well my situation and was able to provide me with a well thought out analysis and recommendation on the best way forward.

I only consulted with Mr Zerivitz on the phone, but speaking to him only added pain to a terrible time. I told him I was recently diagnosed with cancer and my ex was using it to force my hand at out divorce. I explained that I really needed help, that my husband handled all the money during our marriage so I couldn't answer a lot of questions, and that I was homeless for six months after fleeing my husband. Mr Zerivitz berated me for being "not ready for a lawyer" until I hung up.
Came to court completely unprepared, did not asked even one question from other side He asked me what he supposed to ask,not let to talk to ant of my witnesses. And after all this he charged me over 5k for 2 days court. I would never suggest him as a lawyer to anyone. Waist of time and money.
