Last summer my elderly mother's long term care insurance reached its limit, forcing us to find a way to continue to provide her with the home care she absolutely needs each day. Making it more challenging, my brothers and I all live in different states a distance away from our mother - and everyone was in lockdown due to the COVID pandemic.
