STAY FAR AWAY from the Law Office of Helena Farber. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any professional service. Communication was almost nonexistent, and when they did respond, it felt rushed, dismissive, and unhelpful. I felt completely unsupported during one of the most stressful times in my life. There was no real strategy, no transparency with fees, and absolutely no sense of urgency or care for my situation. It honestly felt like they were just collecting a check and doing the bare minimum. If you're looking for an attorney who will fight for you, actually communicate, and treat your case with professionalism — LOOK ELSEWHERE. I regret ever hiring this firm.
