Jimmy Evans did an outstanding job of coordinating our family wills. He was thorough and quick with his services. His prices were extremely fair for our family.
I came to Mr. Evans for an adoption. My husband wanted to adopt my two children from a previous relationship. My husband was deployed to Iraq during the process and Mr. Evans was very patient. Once he returned the adoption was finalized. Everything went smooth and the office was very informative. My family feels that the law office was very caring and understanding to our situation. I would definitely recommend Mr. Evans to my friends and family
Mr. Evans helped my kids and I. It is hard to work through custody matters and not spend your kids college savings. Mr. Evans helped keep my ex and I out of court. I would definitely recommend Mr. Evans.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank The Evans Family Law firm for working with me on my extended divorce process. Giving special attention to Ms. Caitlin McGregor. Always the consummate professional. I truly felt well represented with not only her knowledge of family law but she took time to be sure I felt heard. She always kept me well informed, which helped tremendously with the anxiety that came along with the seemingly endless divorce. She showed real concern which kept me on a positive note in what has been a very dark time for me. And proved to be a great negotiator on my behave. Not to forget she was also working with an awesome team of paralegals and professionals. Thank you all for your hard work and persistence in this case.
Katy Spencer helped me feel like I mattered and that I was not just another client. The work she did for me and the way she listened was a huge help! She helped me see things from a realistic and down to earth viewpoint. Thank you Katy
Kimberley House and Wendi Ihrig worked on my divorce case I started my legal process on October and by December was everything completed. I really appreciated the diligence , accuracy and speedy process I went through. A friend recommended me to give them a call to have a free consultation.
Intake was a thorough process that set us up for success for the rest of the divorce process. My questions were generally answered quickly. I would have appreciated some expectation-setting along the way, as I had no idea how long certain processes should take or when I should reach out to follow up. All-in-all, Evan Family Law made my divorce a smooth and easy process.
Excellent experience! They were professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend their services more! Even though I wasn’t the most knowledgeable heading into the case they were great at explaining every step of the way for me. They were understanding in my position of being a single father and just needing my rights protected and standing up for me in the crafting of our Parental Agreement. Big thank you to EFL Group for their great work and direction during our case!
I hired Kimberley House as my attorney for custody and Jon was my paralegal. They both were great and on top of every communication, filed paperwork way ahead of any deadline. If I had a hot button issue I always received a call back or quick response via email. Kimberley was able to negotiate a visitation schedule and my exclusive parental rights w/ my child’s Father. If I have to go back to court regarding custody I would choose Kimberley and Jon again.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
