I couldn't recommend Cris enough, I hired him after I got charged with DUI while on probation and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Cris made the whole court experience really easy and was always a text away if I had any questions or concerns. My case dragged on for over a year but he was finally able to get my desired outcome which was a DISMISSAL! I couldn't believe he was able to do it even with a blood toxicology report being used against me. This firm is the best. Originally I was with Thiessen Law Firm and it was such a rip off. They wanted me to take probation as a first time offender. They took my money and barely contacted me. DWI 1st & Bond Violation: After approximately 85 days in AA, actively working to change my Life, Chris & I devised a plan going forward. Either go to Trial with under a 50% chance of winning & let this drag out for another 18 months costing time/money/uncertainty/stress/anxiety or accept a plea deal & plead guilty to a DWI 1st, get 1 year of Probation, Community Service Hours, Drug/Alcohol Class, Defensive All-Day Driving Class, Pay more exorbitant fines/fees costs trying to work around a job with little to no care/concern from the Probationary System as I have learned from the past. However, there was 1 other long shot option, the "Hail Mary" option. I call it the "Miracle" option that worked out to where I ultimately pled guilty to a DWI 1st & ultimately no fines/fees & everything is now over. No $270 Court Fee Cost.
