My experience with Bemis, Roach & Reed was outstanding! Applying for SSDI is daunting unless you have representation. They made the process so much easier and kept me fully informed along the way. My case manager, Amber, was totally on top of it. She was very responsive when I had a question or concern. If you need representation for SS or SSDI, these are the people you want on your team.

Working with this law firm was a great experience. I highly recommend them in a SSDI case. Mr. Reed represented me at the hearing and did a exceptional job. For instance, I was terrified of going before a law judge; but he was there every step of the way. He asked me questions that cleared up anything I forgot in my testimony. Also, he was knowledgable of all my medical records. He discussed doctor visits that I forgot was in my medical records; that shows how thorough and pre-pared he was. Thanks again to Bemis, Roach & Reed for all you did to help me and my family!

I was very pleased with the results of my case after hiring Mr. Reed. With his expertise and with the help of his Paralegal assistant Monica Mendez, together we put together a package that to my surprise was approved in a very short timeframe after it was submitted. They helped alleviate any stress of dealing with the processing and filing of my claim which for most people would be overwhelming to say the least. Due to the requirements of my Long term disability insurance, I had to apply for social security disability as well. Mr. Beamis was there through the entire process and stayed involved before during and after the initial denial. We eventually won the case. Everyone involved worked to keep me updated through each portion of the process. I would recommend Mr. Beamis and and his associates, highly.
