Hired Attorney Michael N. Loebl

I met Attorney Michael N. Loebl as he was representing a dear friend of mine. Her case was complicated and the question was to what could Attorney Loebl or any attorney help. Attorney Loebl showed that he cared about her case and wanted to help. He was compassionate and kind and always listened to what she had to say. He answered all her questions and kept her up to date on everything that was going on throughout the entire process. He was hardworking and committed and did everything he could to get the best possible outcome of her case. The outcome was far beyond what was expected. Attorney Loebl’s hard work paid off. I was absolutely ecstatic with the way the case ended. I don’t think there was a better choice than Attorney Loebl. He was simply wonderful.

Horrible. Had a mountain of evidence to support parental kidnapping, assault, battery, domestic violence, car theft and they refused to defend. Left me carrying an additional burden, already having my child's whole life kidnapped from me. Refused to enter certified legal documents and bring it to the courts attention that the other party entered false documents and committed perjury.

Do not hire this firm for any family law related issues. this firm conspired to cover up crimes committed against me and my family.and I was their client. They were more concerned with the other party in the action being a lawyer and their career. They absolutely refused to present issues of kidnapping, theft, domestic violence, fraud on the court and outright terrorism committed against me and my family by someone who is an active attorney, assistant to Latisha James, in NY. Having tons of support evidence to refute wildly unsupported allegations, they chose to ignore it and make deals that benefited their firm and opponents. They literally allowed a NY xlut who works for latish James to accuse me of rape and torture, to deflect from the crimes committed against us, after years of hiding. Regardless of letters, cards, pictures sent after fleeing or even naming a child my identical name after committing these crimes and disappearance they seen a path that benefited their profits..

This firm participated in a conspiracy to commit crimes against me through the courts in the same manner the individual in Brunswick Georgia tried sweeping the crimes under the rug when they killed a man. Collectively, they refused to present a unequivocal evidence showing crimes committed against me, vehicle theft, domestic violence, and kidnapping of my child. They refused to bring to courts attention that my constitutional rights to my child had been totally severed through horrific acts. They refused outright to present police reports of crimes committed against me to protect another attorney and government official from kidnapping, theft, domestic violence, and terrorist threats.refused to perform their duties and conspired with others to prevent me from filing s documents that showed my innocence, me being victimized and left me and my family to deal with more crimes committed against us under color of law after the criminal had been located. This dead beat atty and owner of Fulcher, tried to mislead me during a meeting, and then directed his firm lawyers to not perform their duties to their client. He is a go-conspirator who participated in the systematic coverup of kidnapping, motor vehicle theft, fraud on the court, falsifying documents and writing, domestic violence. As his client, this man and his firm fully allowed crimes to be committed against me and they did nothing. Their only motive was enrichment of their firm, making deals over my objections that benefited them. They knowingly allowed further crimes to be committed against me, having excessive and extreme amounts of evidence to refute. They then refused to file evidence and his law firm atty tried making a deal with opposition without my consent, and made false statements to the opposition without my permission or knowledge, that made me look like I was asking permission from someone who committed crimes against me. They committed crimes against the.
