We went to Jekyll Island Beach. We sat down to take a rest for a while as we look at the beautiful sunset when a dog suddenly jumped on my back and started to bite my left leg and arm. We searched for the dog’s owner and ask him if he could shoulder the medical expenses but he was hesitant so I got a lawyer from Monge & Assoc. My lawyer advised me to try for an out of court settlement. Luckily, we did. The dog owner decided to shoulder all the expenses expected as a result of the incident.
