Mr. Gartzman and staff were lifesavers. They made a very stressful situation with the Georgia Department of Revenue go away in a matter of weeks. I don't know what I would of done without them. Great location outside Atlanta near Northlake Mall in Dekalb County.

We did not meet him prior to our appt with IRS, we knew him only from his website. He was late. The IRS agent came out to call us in three times before he was there to go into the appt. He did not know how to present our case. The agent told him he needed to go back and prepare our case and resubmit it. Then he wanted us to pay him some more money. We got no value in our OIC. This is worse service we've ever paid for and now we're back to where we started from but with a lot less money.
