We concentrate in DUI Defense and Personal Injury and Work Injury Prosecution. We have had upwards of 1000 DUI charges dismissed, secured over 100 not guilty jury verdicts and obtained millions of dollars for our injured clients.

George Creal is a trial lawyer with over 18 years of experience. George began his legal career working as a lawyer to a Georgia Superior Court Judge, a Federal District Court Judge, County Attorney. He worked as an Insurance Defense lawyer representing Insurance Companies in all areas of litigation. He started his own practice in 1996 and since then has secured over 100 "not guilty" verdicts in criminal jury trials and millions of dollars of settlements and judgments for his client in civil personal injury, workers compensation and business lawsuits. His reputation in the courtrooms of Georgia is legendary and is often contacted by sheriff's deputies, judges and prosecutors when they need legal help for friends and family. They don't call him the "Real Deal" George Creal for nothing.

I retained Eric Bernstein after another qualified attorney withdrew last minute from a second DUI case that had been drawn out for over 2 years. I had relocated to NJ and could not have asked for better communication and thorough explanation of the process and my case options. As a business professional, I would and will highly Eric going forward. George Creal was an incredible attorney for me. He defended me in a DUI case that would have ended my 17 year career as DUI is grounds for immediate termination. George was always honest and forthcoming with the situation and what I was facinf all along the way. His counsel and expertise were invaluable at getting me through. Ultimately his years of experience, intricate knowledge of the DUI laws, and his resourcefulness, resulted in my case being reduced from a DUI to a nonreportable offense

George was professional and sensitive to my situation. Because I was out of state, George made every effort he could to handle things so that I would not have to return to Georgia any more that was necessary to get the charges against taken care of in a fair and just settlement. By far the best lawyer I have used in he SE. George had my charges redused to almost nothing after the court appearance. He is also more than reasonable when it comes to payments. If I hadn't gotten Creal as a lawyer I would be in prison with a credit score of 300. No other lawyer can come close to what Creal has done for me. In my opinion if you don't get Creal to represent your case you're in for a full blown charge.

After having an exponged case on my record, I got into another incident racking up 4 charges- dui, speeding, open container, failure to maintain lane. Waiting for my court date another incident occurred where I unfortunately ended up being tried for marijuana, paraphernalia, speeding and mdma- ERIC BERNSTEIN GOT ALL CHARGES DROPPED TO JUST LOITERING AND RECKLESS DRIVING! That's 9 charges- dropped down to just a traffic violation. He is seriously the best lawyer in Atlanta. Very happy with the re
