We concentrate in DUI Defense and Personal Injury and Work Injury Prosecution. We have had upwards of 1000 DUI charges dismissed, secured over 100 not guilty jury verdicts and obtained millions of dollars for our injured clients.

George Creal is a trial lawyer with over 18 years of experience. George began his legal career working as a lawyer to a Georgia Superior Court Judge, a Federal District Court Judge, County Attorney. He worked as an Insurance Defense lawyer representing Insurance Companies in all areas of litigation. He started his own practice in 1996 and since then has secured over 100 "not guilty" verdicts in criminal jury trials and millions of dollars of settlements and judgments for his client in civil personal injury, workers compensation and business lawsuits. His reputation in the courtrooms of Georgia is legendary and is often contacted by sheriff's deputies, judges and prosecutors when they need legal help for friends and family. They don't call him the "Real Deal" George Creal for nothing.

Hired Attorney Mr. Eric Nathan Bernstein

I was passed out in my totaled car when the police arrested me for DUI. Even though I didn't take a breathalyzer test, Eric was able to reduce the DUI charge to reckless driving and I kept my driver's license. I was very nervous about the process and the possible punishments but Eric answered all my questions throughout the case. A very smart lawyer who basically saved my bacon! I recommend his services to anyone needing help with a DUI charge.

Hired Attorney Mr. Eric Nathan Bernstein

Mr. Bernstein was able to get my first offense dropped to a reckless charge. He also told me beforehand to do many things before trial which I did and they were very beneficial to me. I could contact him anytime and he would respond quick. He made sure to keep me aware of everything throughout my case. He was truly heaven sent and helped me ease my stress.

I hired Eric Bernstein recently to represent me in my case. He is a very knowledgeable and professional attorney. Also he was always there for me to answer my questions when needed. Hired Attorney Mr. Eric Nathan Bernstein

After my DUI in 2015 my case was bound over from Sandy Springs to Fulton State Court. Mr. Bernstein was very non-judgmental and communicated our action plan upfront. After my Court date this year, Mr. Bernstein had my case dismissed!!! I never lost my licenses and he always kept me well informed every step of the way!! He really is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone. He always responded to me either by call, text or email.. You can trust him with 100% he will get you results!!

George C Creal and his staff are the best! His determination, effort, and willingness to make sure my case was dismissed. He pays close attention to every detail and make u feel as if he really cares. Sharnita his assistant, always made sure she kept me up to date on everything. Even though she couldnt give legal advice, she listened to me, if i had an emotional break down, and reassured me that George Creal is doing his best. My case was dismissed!
