They took my case very seriously and sent a representative to interview me. They reviewed the information that I gave them and decided that I did not have a case and they made the details of why my case was not a case that I could win very clear. Even though they didn't think I could win they urged me to get a second opinion. I would trust them to act in my best interest in any matter that I needed to contact a lawyer for.

Sometimes difficult to reach the attorney representing my case. Also, after taking their percentage of the settlement, they also deducted for each copy, each telephone, each fax or other communication, and each stamp. The percentage they collected should was more than sufficient to cover the expenses connected with the case, especially when I needed all of the money as I had not received any workers' compensation benefits for eight months.
