I had to collect my own paperwork and call hospitals to get correct bills myself, but Taylor King & Associates charged me as if they did the work.

I'm a current client (disabled minority) who was in a car accident over a year ago in January. I'm very disappointed with the correspondence and customer service of the Arkadelphia location. No one returns my calls or gives me a status on my case. The only time a representative has contacted me was the initial review of my case in January 2022. I have not received anything in the mail or email. This should've been an open and shut case. I've provided medical bills, police reports, and the other party's insurance company who was at fault. This has been the worst representation in my life and I wouldn't recommend anyone use the Arkadelphia location. They don't appear to be organized or have a willingness to assist me in any way. I have been transferred to numerous attorneys, all of which need to be briefed and don't know what's going on and no one follows up in 13 months. I have been passed around to Lindsay, Kaylin, Chris, Jacqaline, Kelly and no resolution or follow up. - K. Jones
Horrible not qualified accident attorneys!!! Had my case 3 Years and assigned me a green attorney with no qualifications & bad work ethic. Never communicated then 3 Years later said they weren’t qualified to handle a case like this! It was a simple auto accident??!!! Hire a real attorney my suggestion not Taylor King & associates
