Hoffman & Associates, PLLC is a law firm established in 2005 with an office in Apple Valley, MN. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing purchase agreement, contract for deed, deed and 21 other areas of law.

Jason set up our wills and trust. He is knowledgeable about state law related to inheritance, etc. was a quick and painless process. This is what they do and they have done many. Cost was less than with other firms. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their estate planning done.

I had Jason set up a trust fund and a will in 2019. I am going back to do an update to it (2021). He is very personable, efficient and really cares about his clients. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for a very reasonable price! He is very down to earth, easy to communicate with and does it right the first time. The best attorney I have met and had the honor of working with.

Outstanding service!!! We were simply looking to update our will, but were also curious about the possible need for estate planning. We had been working with a different firm, but when we asked about estate planning, they weren't interested in anything but taking our money and handing us a boiler plate / fill in the blank will. When we spoke with Jason, he explained the pros and cons of estate planning. This is something we definitely needed, we just didn't know how bad. Hoffman & Associates was professional, they took time to really understand our needs, met with us multiple times (virtually and eventually in person for document signing) and were thorough in explaining every detail. All this and at an unbelievably fair price! Excellent service, very professional, definitely recommend!
Jason set up all of our estate planning excellently! He and his staff answered our questions and paid good attention to our situation. We used our legal plan at IBM to setup a trust for my wife and me and then an accompanying will with both interlocking. Our health directives and powers of attorney are ready to go. Jason provided us with instructions on how to handle beneficiary changes on our financial instruments and to get our health directives in place. Thank you and your staff for everything.
