My husband and I completed our will, trust, Powers of Attorney, Advance Medical Care Directives and ancillary documents this week. My wife and I decided to work with Attorney Hoffman to build our estate plan. The intake form that was provided was easy to understand and it helped us write out our information and submit that info at our convenience. Attorney Hoffman seemed happy to answer all of our initial questions and had first drafts of the documents within a few weeks. Gretchen was also very helpful when it came time to schedule our appointment to sign the documents. It's great that there are multiple office locations to pick from when meeting in person. Jason helped my wife and me in our estate planning. This is not a DIY project, and you won't be around to straighten it out when it is effectuated. Handling the vehicles is a huge cluster however, as the 2 DMV offices I went to gave me divergent advice. They are a couple of tacos short of a combo plate. I will get it resolved, at lest I hope it will be.
