I am happy to share my experience about how terrible it was to "work" with Frame & Frame. When my family received a sudden late-stage cancer diagnosis in January, we asked around and were referred to Frame & Frame for estate planning and power of attorney. They charged us $400 for an initial consultation (and never bothered to even send a receipt). They spent about 35 minutes with us as we were able to fit them in between chemo sessions. The meeting seemed to go well, but then we didn't hear anything from them for weeks. No follow-up. No next steps. Nothing. When I followed up a couple weeks later, they said that one of our assets that came up during estate planning was outside the bounds of their very limited expertise. They never tried to work with us to get to the bottom of it and certainly weren't forthright about their inadequacy during our consultation. So they kicked us to the curb and we had to start over from scratch. They kept the $400.

Working with this lawyer was a frustrating and disappointing experience. There is not enough room to provide a comprehensives review. Thus, a few examples: No one in the office answers their phones, nor do they reply to voicemails/return calls. Replies to emails often took 3 to 4 weeks and only after the same email was sent multiple times. Questions were not addressed. Among other issues, the delays on the part of this firm prevented us from closing an estate until 2024 (and move forward with a trust). This attorney agreed to send us a Nonjudicial settlement agreement within 4 weeks. On day 28 of the 4 weeks, we sent a reminder and 2 days later received a "draft". The work that was sent to us was very sloppy with inexcusable mistakes, many typos, grammatical errors, outright wrong and mispelled names. We subsequently went to 2 other attorneys who helped us make revisions which Ms Frame accepted. One of these lawyers recommended getting a different wills, trust estate attorney.
