Mr. Monaco is an amazing attorney. He handled my 601A application truly professionally and, I must say, provided me with peace of mind during the whole process. He prepared my documents so carefully and advised me accordingly throughout the whole immigration process until my application was approved. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and understanding attorney for immigration related needs. Now I have my green card in my hand. I really appreciate him.

Mr. Monaco provided the same answer when I first spoke to him on a call and when we had our consultation with him. He went straight to the law and confirmed what was needed to present the best case. We consulted with many other immigration lawyers and those guys had differing opinions. We're extremely happy and delighted that we decided to have Mr. Monaco represent us. I really like the fact that we dealt directly with Mr. Monaco on all aspect of our case. He is honest, passionate, caring and pays attention to detail. We felt throughout our journey that we were in good hands and we were. I am very impressed and thankful for the time he spent with us. Our case was pretty straight forward as we needed a waiver for a Green Card but there is nothing that is straight forward or easy about the process. Mr. Monaco prepared for all scenarios and prepared a really strong case for us. If you're going to err, it should be on the side of caution. Mr. Monaco, we can't Thank you enough!

This lawyer's forte is to find the slightest difficulty in your case and blow it out of proportion in order to scare or discourage you from filing for a visa. At one point he mocked me in front of my spouse and asked if "they really wanted to be married to me". He will talk for an hour negatively and pretentiously and then take your $150 for the consultation. He is the prototypical lizard person lawyer. He previously worked for the US Government and he is on the side of the immigration and customs enforcement. He decides arbitrarily (based on your particular race) who should be a citizen and who should not. He creates a confrontational mood during the interview which I believe is a carefully planned tactic in order to finagle the consultation fee and not have to do any work. Avoid at all costs
