Jay sent a demand letter to the opposing attorney and with in a month he had gotten a settlement in our favor for a very reasonable price. He communicated and kept us abreast of what was going on and pretty much knew and was very confident that the settlement was going to be favorable to us.
Jay is amazing!! I was having issues with my landlord regarding a water issue. When I threatened to break my lease, my landlord started harassing me so I called Jay and asked him to represent me. Not only did Jay get me out of my situation, but he made it seem so effortless and lifted all the stress off my shoulders so I could focus on finding a new place. What I appreciated the most was that Jay was always available to talk, very transparent about what was going to happen and did not move forward with anything until he communicated his thoughts to me first. I don't know what I would have done without Attorney Mukerji. I had no idea what to do with my situation before I got ahold of him. He was able to explain everything to me and simple non-legal terms.
