Floy was hired as the GAL for my kids in a custody case. She was very biased against me as a Father as was Judge Long. Floy always returned the kids to their mom even though she was neglectful & abusive. The kids told Judge that mom & stepdad were abusive & neglectful without success. Kids was always returned to mom no matter the abuse & children were not being fed. Children were only removed when Floy & Judge Long had to remove kids due to moms diagnosis of drug abuse & schizophrenia. Judge order each party pay half of Floyd fees but Floy only billed the dad because she knew he would pay. The other party was indigent. Mom later died of OD & dad got children. Judge kept bringing me to court wouldn’t make decision running up court, costing $100,000. No sympathy for dad! Very judge mental & Biased against dad!
Ms Kenyon was supposed to be the guardian for my grandson but she failed in every way possible. She never made the visits she was supposed to make. She has not followed through with the court order and we are still unable to see him. Her only concern is who is lining her Pockets at the moment. I wouldn't recommend her to represent getting a cat out of a wet bag
She is more interested in charging 150 dollars per phone call and who has the most money other than where the child should belong according to who has taken care of said child up to that point. Poor people that can still take care of their kids have no chance if she is appointed.She had my fiancee locked up because we couldn't afford the deposit for her involvement. We had a house fire which put us in a bad spot. But we lost. I would like to say more but this won't let me.
Court appointed her for my son -for 2 years I called to get her to contact my son -visit,call letter etc. She never contacted him or released herself from tje case nor ever returned any of my calls. They transported him for his hearing -5 days transport and he had no representation.
Communication with this attorney is obsolete. She will never return phone calls and avoids you at all costs.
