One word to describe James is relentless. He did not stop until he got me my money. I’m very glad I went to his office. It took some time but I finally got my money.

Working with J.D. Cuzzolina was extremely easy. All his staff is easy to work with. He had all the answers to my questions. My business is running smoothly thanks to them.

I have been wanting to write a review for a while. JD and his employees are great. They have assisted me with things from filing lawsuits to process server work to business advice and other document preparation. They can do a lot and it is all done right. No complains.

I am a family law attorney and once in a while I dont get paid for my services. I have on several occasions have had to take people to court to get paid for my services. As I said I am a family law lawyer and collections is not my specialty. I found this is not the case with the law office of jd cuzzolina and his staff. He is a true professional, relentless and high-handed attorney. He will stop at nothing to collect your judgment or sue anyone who owes you money. If he can't collect no one can!

I had an old judgment that was owed to me. After 9 years I talked to JD and he told me to be POSITIVE. I didnt really think he could do anything because it had been so long and I had no idea where the multiple Debtors were or if they were even in California. He renewed my judgment and was able to collect over 15 thousand dollars. This was money I didnt expect but certainly deserved. His reputation is that he will not stop until the job gets done. Very persistent. A++

James is a very good lawyer. I highly recommend him. He gets the job done right. He collected on my judgment right away when another lawyer didn't do anything.

I hired JD and his law office to help with my business. I had several customers who had stopped paying me and would keep stringing me along. All JD had to do was send them a demand letter and I started getting paid the same week. Just his name instilled fear in them. As a business owner, I love that I have him by my side, ready to fight.

I hired JD back in April to work my collection files. He and his team are very competent. He, however, must be some sort of human-monster hybrid. I was in his office when his assistant told him they levied tens of thousands of dollars from someone’s account, his smile was intimidating. He really seems to get off from collecting. He is bold, he is cold and won’t stop until he gets what he was hired to do which is great on the collector side, not so good for the other side.
