My disability claim was filed with inaccurate diagnosis. It was denied, if course. No contact from my attorney until the day before the hearing. Appeal was denied because my real medical issues were not addressed. My attorney spoke up once. That's it. Toward the end of the hearing. Now we have the admin appeal.this will deny, too. So I suggest filing a new claim with the correct diagnosis. Never heard from her again. I can't get a call back. Always get voice mail. Now what!?
Not worth your money. They did not guide me in the correct way to win my case. I was not told of all the specialists that I needed to see or what in detail I needed to do. It went in front of the judge and I lost. Mr. Myler was not prepared and I felt as if I was all alone. Needless to say I lost my case and then I immediately got a letter form them telling me that they could no longer represent me and if I wanted to appeal I was on my own or to get another attorney. This guy is a joke.
I am not happy with their work.
I was not kept up to date on the status of my claim. I would receive notification from Social Security regarding upcoming hearings instead of my lawyer. I was even notified by Social Security that I had received SSI and SSDI before I ever got a letter regarding the final hearing on my case. My notification from Brad Myler was a bill in the mail that I disputed with Social Security and ended up only paying them 12 1/2% instead of 25%!
Almost no communication on the progress of my case and replies to questions are 1 to 3 days late.
