Hired Attorney Mr. Kp Reddy

Very thorough and concise. Responsiveness to my needs and concerns was extraordinary (typically within 24 hours).Very "matter of fact" and tough on his client expectations but for all the right reasons and ended in fruitful gain. Would use again and recommend to family and friends.

Very prompt - returned initial Mr. Reddy personally returned my call within 5 minutes even though he was in the middle of a hearing. Very sensitive of my needs personally as well as legally. Never an unanswered email or phone call - Rarely did not speak to Mr. Reddy on first attempt but if message left, calls were always returned promptly on the same day.

Mr. K.P. Reddy is genuinely one of the most caring and considerate attorneys I have ever met. I called on a friday afternoon and in less than half an hour, Mr. Reddy returned my call. Even though the office is not open on weekends, he promptly set an appointment for me, and opened his office on that Sunday on his own time. Throughout the whole process he kept us apprised of our case. I was very pleased with my settlement which occurred in a timely fashion and am very pleased with the services

Mr. Reddy is an excellent attorney! He represented me against a county government in two cases, one of which was a class action suit. My family and I did an initial consult with KP to discuss an EEOC violation with regard to my autistic daughter's prior employer. I left the consult fairly encouraged that he would be willing and able to assist us. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there. His degree of responsiveness in helping us identify best next steps and clarify his corresponding fee structure was very poor. It took nearly two months to finally get clear answers from KP, which now leaves me in a difficult quandy of either having to completely start over with another attorney, or proceed on my own. It was never an issue of expertise with KP. I think he's very competent. The problems occurred due to his lack of urgency and common consideration. Probably most disappointing of all was KP's complete lack of self-awareness (or unwillingness to admit) that his overall communication approach both in terms of clarity and timeliness levels were sub-standard at best.
