Richard Morgan and associates did a magnificent job creating our estate plans and associated trusts. We have a special needs son who Richard created a special trust for us. He also recommended and created a special trust for our daughter who owns her own business. We highly recommend Richard Morgan and his associates for their professionalism. We liked Richard because he took the time to deeply explain all the pros and cons of all options for us. He is very knowledgeable about estate planning and we are so glad we found him to do our estate plan. We highly recommend this firm.

Hired Attorney Richard Morgan Esq.

My husband and I had all our estate documents (Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Directives for Health Care) done by this law firm. They are very professional and friendly and took the time to answer all our questions, and we had a lot of them! We dealt with both Richard Morgan and Loraine DiSalvo and their wonderful paralegal, Kim Comstock. They were all very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and responded quickly to any and all the questions that we had. We would highly recommend this law firm for any estate planning that people may need.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
