Given that we were in the pandemic season it was necessary to have our initial interview utilizing Zoom. My wife and I were uncertain about interviewing someone for something so important to us (our estate and wills) without an in person interview. It couldn't have gone better. Lorraine is a wonderful communicator and understood our needs in a short period of time. She listened carefully to us and made us very comfortable through her manner, knowledge, expertise, and personality. She offered us options for our estate which had not been made to us by our previous estate lawyer who retired. Updating our wills and estate plan went very smoothly through Lorraine's professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly her patience with us as we had many questions. Her legal assistant Kim mirrored many of those qualities we attribute to Lorraine and was most helpful in the process of updating and completing our wills & other documents. We highly recommend Lorraine and her firm.

I was initially disappointed that, once we engaged her to handle our estate planning, we encountered an eight month waiting list. Quality takes time! (It helped that she was up front about this, and met all subsequent deadlines. ) Ms. DiSalvo's work was thorough, her explanations clear, her advice wise and based on both knowledge of current law and on experience. In the one area we chose not to follow her recommendations, she listened carefully and produced content that precisely expressed our preferences. She took follow-up actions which went beyond our expectations; we left our final document signings feeling confident that we had received excellent service. Definitely will return!

Loraine prepared an estate plan for my wife and me. She did an excellent job, gathering information from us, informing us of legal issues, guiding us on our next steps. She prepared our wills and various legal documents. Loraine was very easy to work with and was always available when we needed clarification as we worked with her.
