It is hard for me to even say Michael Monarchs name so I will say it only once now. If an advocate works as an adversary to his clients, then this is who this man is. Perhaps my experience may ring true for other clients of his. In the very least, I hope my loss and pain is a Cautionary Tale for all those possibly considering retaining this man. I hired him for custody visitation, after my ex and I split. He kept insisting that we go through a 730 Evaluation for “expediency.” It just so happens that my ex is an attorney and she warned me beforehand that this man was trying to “exploit me.” She capitulated to everything I ask for so I wouldn’t go through with it and have this shameless man cheat me out of $200,000. However, she was wrong—this despicable man only cheated me out of $94,000 not $200,000, and it took him an “expedient” year and a half to argue meaninglessly while I was denied overnight visitation with my daughters for the span of the entire time.
