Greg MacKenzie and his associates were highly recommended to assist me in a will contest. From the moment I met Greg, I was reassured that my case was in experienced and capable hands. He understands probate litigation well, but most importantly was invaluable in helping me to put emotions aside (albeit momentarily) and deal with the facts of the case. Greg MacKenzie is knowledgeable and proficient in his practice of law. In addition, his integrity, which was of primary importance to me, gave me complete confidence in the way he handled my case. We were successful in the District Court and the District Court rulings withstood appeals to the NM Appeals Court and NM Supreme Court.

Thomas Toevs, created are family trust back when my grandmother and father was alive,and sense they passed away, he represented my mother and aunt that is in the trust, against their children to get a little back and change the trust, and he also keeped my father new will in 2018 and didn't give it back to my mother that I take care of now. He fired my mother this year, and it didn't go to court they just fired my mother for no reason. and he is also put a lien on are property for his cost and didn't show my mother any statements this year and also didn't put any payments that she did in the passed year either. you can not create a trust will and represent against other one in the same trust, its against the law in the state of New Mexico. plus he put my mother's house in the family trust and our realtor had to make him take it off the trust so she can sell it.
