This was a very smooth process. We used their office years ago and this was definitely worth the money. I appreciated being able to get updates and didn't feel like I was bothering anyone when I called. Very effective and organized with their work. I didn't have to do much at all besides pay and let the professionals handle all the work and court appearances. An officer pulled me over in a speed trap in Milan, NY. They won my case for me and got my 4 points reduced to absolutely none. Would recommend this law office and employ their services again if need be.

He has an uncanny ability to explain difficult concepts in simple, understandable terms, without being condescending. He was able to get my traffic ticket down to a zero point parking ticket!! One of my friends advised me to contact "The Law Office of James Riotto" to handle the traffic violation. Luckily, I did and they were very patient despite the delay in court procedures and professionals to the utmost extent and most importantly they managed to cancel the violation completely
