David Phillip Drew

I believe Mr. Drew put in as little effort as possible to defend me. He was not responsive to questions I had in regards to my case - phone calls were not returned, thus question I had were not answered by him. In retrospect, I feel I could have hired a better attorney for less money. My overall feeling is that he is a bit of a con man. I would not recommend him.

I dont recommend this man. He over charged me way more than most lawyers and never refunded me after he went to one pre-trail..that he also showed up late for. Im a young girl so im probably an easy target to take money from. You live and you learn. Dont be like me.

I retained David Drew in response to a letter he sent adverting his services. He called me the same day I called his office to inquire . I retained him based on that conversation. I called him and left at least two messages asking him to call me to discuss my case. He did not return my calls. I also requested his secretary to have him call me a couple of days before the final court hearing. David Drew did not call . I would not recomend him based on my experience.

I told him one thing. I did not want probation and that i would rather do jail time. We went to court he told me i was getting mandatory minimum and had my ovi dropped down to physical control and would have fines and a suspended license. I was perfectly fine with that and then next thing you know I got 1 year reporting probation. I flipped. THROW ME IN JAIL "I said" LMAO. Me personally probation brings me more problems than serving 3-6 months in jail. Which is why I paid for an attorney. My friend just got the same thing as me. Same situation, only difference, I paid thousands for an attorney and he didnt....

David Drew is very knowledgeable until you believe him and pay him. Then you don't hear from him the whole case and he post pones it multiple times. Then get to court and you take jail time and he didn't get all the evidence from body cams . It's not just him I believe some attorneys don't want to look bad for actually doing what's right. He Then has secretary's and paralegal who are uneducated. They had to call the court to ask legal advice on how to file a motion grrr after I paid them another 1000 while incarcerated and they blocked the jail number. They did me very wrong. They didn't care of my situation . He deserves boo out . Just very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend him for nothing he is all over the place.

Absolutely positively one of the worst attorneys of all time If you are trying to have any peace of mind this man will not do it at all ever. He will never call you back. He will never ever do anything he says he's going to do. I would run or get my money back as soon as possible because he will not do anything for you.

This man is terrible was late to every court date, secretary rude as well, will call & ask about payment never about details with your case & had the nerve to not even show up at all without me calling to remind them that I had court. Missed the email when the evidence was sent over terrible experience all the way around. Don’t hire this man to defend you in any way in 2021 certified public pretender. Wish I could get my money back didn’t help with my case at all
