Hired Law Firm

I was injured in a bad rear end accident, my spine was in real bad shape. I contracted Mark Apelian's services to represent me. A couple of letters were sent to the defendant's insurance company, and nothing happened. Less than a week before my statute of limitations was up, they told me they would not help me. I had to file a complaint in pro per to protect my statute while I found other representation. When my case settled out of court they had an attorney's lien for over $1500!
