Bantz, Gosch & Cremer, L.L.C. was founded in Aberdeen, South Dakota, in 1963 by Douglas W. Bantz. After concluding his active practice in 1979, Bantz was of counsel to the firm until his death in 1983. In 1972, Kennith Gosch joined the firm. The firm now consists of eight attorneys, Ken Gosch (1972), Jim Cremer (1978), Rory King (2002), Greg Peterson (1981), Melissa Neville (2002), Justin Scott (2008), Marshall Lovrien (2010) and Aaron Sandvig (2014).

I do not feel my needs were adequately represented although the attorney was representing both my sister and me. However, I felt he went overboard to represent her. I didn't feel that my needs to sell a small portion to a third party were adequately addressed; however, costly procedures were undertaken so my sister could benefit. I have a bad taste of the legal profession. I don't feel that I was billed properly and had to pay her share of the bills. I didn't get a lot except huge legal.

Not a satisfactory experience at all. John Noyes made mistakes and forgot key details during the appearance, leading to more correspondence to which he charged me for every second of despite it being his negligence and incompetence that called for further interaction in the first place. Effectively; this firm has no intention of returning any of your retainer funds, and will ensure the keeping of your money by charging you for their mistakes, and most frustratingly the outcome of the case could have been reached by a much more cost efficient public defender, and I’m assuming I could have seen better results from a different firm (based on my lawyer anyway). I suggest you look elsewhere for your representative needs.
