Hired Attorney Mr. James Weeks

Do not trust your family estate with this practice. They are either corrupt or incompetent. No reason it should take almost 2 years to settle an estate. They constantly file paperwork under the wrong file number which causes more delays and more fees. Do not trust them

Hired Attorney Mr. James Weeks

Heard he was a high price attorney and found out first hand that it to be true. Michael Weeks prolonged the settlement of My Mother's Estate in so many ways and mainly trying to suck every dime he could out of it. His unwillingness to work with Co-Administrator. Refusal the respond to written request for information regarding the status of the case. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to file a Grievance with the State Bar. He was not my choice for an attorney. The Estate is three years old and not settled. The estate is less than 200,000.00.
