This has been 4 long years of just wanting communication about my father's estate. This office seems to forget your loved one is dead and thus treat you with very little, if any, empathy. They continue to work with a person named John Guy, even though they have had issues of delays with him in the past. Only use this office if you want everything to go to deadline and take as long as possible.
I have never had a more disappointing experience working with an attorney. Mr. Hunt was not forthcoming regarding the work he was and wasn't going to do for me, made me sign a document that I would not request an itemized bill before he would finish that work, and ultimately I will have to go to another attorney to get a document that Mr. Hunt did not tell he was needed for my case.
My brother, step sister and I hired Jeanne Gale to deal with the conservatorship & guardianship of our parents. Jeanne Gale entered and our step sister never filed proper inventories and estate assets ended up missing. After my father’s death the estate was poorly handled without inventories being filed. When my brother and I presented our father’s will she contested it and claimed it was not her job to validate the will. I validated the will through the AZ Bar Association. Ms. Gale and our step sister made false accusations about my brother and me tying us up in court for over two years. When presented with evidence of misconduct she dropped out in the middle of litigation and left our step sister hanging. Jeanne Gale made over $75,000 from her chicanery. My brother and I were out over $41,000 in legal fees and other related expenses. was my step mother with Alzheimer's. She was left with $102,000 in insurance money and Jeanne Gale took half of that in legal fees. Evil!
