Hired Attorney Frank Fagnano

He is a sweet guy, and very personable, but, does not have great communication. He is slow to respond, if at all. My case is going on over 3 years, even though his first words to me were, "Two years max is all it will take." I still have not had my first disposition.

He's Awful! He can't wrap his mind around a complicated case. Starts talking about his dog and his ex wife in the middle of your case! Always gets interrupted by his secretary then he's off and scattered once again to another issue! Seems to have too many problems. Can't hold his attention to accomplish anything, very scattered thought process, inept at best! Doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner, very hard to reach, has unqualified office help. TERRIBLE! AVOID!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
