The worst real estate lawyer. I was recommended his services through a trusted friend to aid in purchasing my dream home. He stalled on the deal for a week. After he deemed the documents appropriate I asked him to send electronically as I did not want to lose out on this home. However he “forgot” after being asked by myself and my agent on two different occasions. We ended up getting outbid last minute because we didn’t have a signed contract. When I informed him, he was unapologetic and blamed everything on the other team’s lawyer. His excuse for not sending electronically was that he “forgot to attach the document”. He literally had ONE job, how do you mess that up? I would NEVER use this lawyer again. If you find a home that you love and do not want to lose out, please go elsewhere.
