I contacted this office over a need for guardianship or possibly power-of-attorney of my elderly mother and her husband. Stressed it was time sensitive while my mother was in the hospital. A week after my initial contact this attorney still had done nothing and in fact called me 2 days after informing me that she would going to see my mother to say she still had not followed through. The hospital was ready to discharge my mother and the attorney was going to finally go at 4:30 on a Friday?
