Norm is unethical, took my case as contingency then missed the statute of limitations for the case by switching to hourly at the critical hour. Also failed to determine if the defendant had insurance and just assumed they had which was another fatal flaw. In the end I won my case but bkz he had bait and switched me into hourly I ended up paying him my entire settlement plus a few grand more. Please stay away from this man. He knows too much about ways to screw his client instead of helping them.
