I hired Chuck to work with me after my previous attorney retired. I had been through a contentious divorce from an attorney. I can honestly say, the divorce and continued dealings with my X are probably the worst things I have ever suffered. I let my first attorney go, due to allowing my X to continue to get away with everything. After the divorce, when he began increasing harassment to the level I needed legal action, I hired Chuck. I was pleased with how caring he was. He was the first lawyer who seemed to "get it" that there were reasons I was afraid of my X, and needed the restraining order enforced. Chuck was able to deal with my X on this and other issues in such a way that X backed down to behaving more appropriately. He began honoring the legal agreements in a way he never had in the past. I feel Chuck's negotiation skills, and connections in the legal community were just what was needed to help an unreasonable person see some reason.
